Initiate Your Request
Log into your Yatai account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it securely to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items to confirm they are in original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
